Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring their schedules, communications, and business priorities are managed efficiently. This role acts as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The position requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Major Accountabilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 - Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
 - Attend meetings, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
 - Screen calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
 - Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, prepare reports, and ensure deadlines are met.
 - Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
 - Support event planning, business trips, and external engagements.
 - Assist in preparing expense reports, purchase requests, and other administrative tasks.
 - Monitor ongoing projects and deadlines, providing reminders and progress updates.
 - Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
 
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
 - 2–5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.
 - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), and basic report preparation.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
 - High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
 - Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and anticipate executive needs.
 - Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
 - Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and vendors.
