Scope of work

A Business Analyst is a professional who is responsible for identifying and defining the business needs of an organization and helping to find solutions to business problems. Business Analyst will be involved in projects ranging from process improvement to the implementation of new systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Show skills in making workflow charts, entity models, business flows, and writing documents that list system or product needs for better project planning. 
  • Find out business needs by looking closely at data and talking to stakeholders, focusing on main problems. 
  • Create and draw out solution needs, making sure they match with what the business needs. 
  • Talk clearly with everyone involved to make sure they understand and agree with the proposed solution. 
  • Also, take part in risk management to prevent and handle any problems that might come up in the project.  
  • Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor. 

Education and Experience

Required for this role

Bachelor's degree or higher in business or computer science with a strong understanding of business models and processes. 

  • At least a year of experience in translating business models into presentations using tools such as the Business Model Canvas, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use cases, etc. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic business concepts and operations. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in creating ER diagrams and understanding site structure (preferred but not required). 
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to adapt to evolving business environments and technologies. 
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving, apply skills in analyzing business needs and creating effective solutions.
