• Eliciting, Gathering and Analyze business requirements with stakeholders/customers to fully understand business objectives, high level journey and detailed requirements.
• Establish requirement documents including user story, system requirement specification, business/system workflows, entity models, and user manual.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders/customer to address and resolve any gaps or ambiguities in requirements
• Facilitate/Communicate clearly with all parties involved to ensure they fully understand requirements and align with the proposed solution.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, with strong familiarity in mobile application development, ERP/CRM system.
• Be able to maintain performance under pressure while staying self-motivated
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of 2–3 junior team members

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role.
• Proven expertise in translating complex business models into actionable plans using tools such as Business Model Canvas, workflow diagrams, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Solid understanding of core business operations and processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
